M&E Quantity Surveyor  Commercial Manager Facilities Management
Excellent Opportunity for a commercial manager  to work alongside the project management team to ensure compliance with good commercial practice and process and to deliver a financially robust contract. You will be taking full commercial management responsibility for a large PFI hospital project. Ideally you will have a strong background in either building services,plant engineering or a maintenance environment. You will be professionally qualified with a sound commercial background and PFI experience.
