Hi I'm looking for two lodgers (m or f) to share a house with me in the Humberstone area.

The house is 7 minutes from the city centre by car or 15 minutes on the bus and is very close to the 24hr Hamilton Tescos and bus stop. It is on a very quiet road with a large offroad drive for parking. The house includes lounge, kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker and tumble dryer) dining room, bathroom with toilet and bath, outhouse and two bedrooms with double beds. There is a very large garden with a shed.

The cost of £200 is inclusive of council tax. You will be free to decorate your room however you like if you should wish. Please contact me if you have any questions.
