Our house is available for the next academic year. Accredited by the student accommodation services, it is a comfortable, well equipped house in a quiet road, near the town centre. The Uni is a 25 minute walk away or it is a short walk to the bus that runs to the campus. There are a total of four study bedrooms, all with bed, wardrobe, bookshelves, desk and chair. There is a shared kitchen, lounge and upstairs bathroom with shower. and a small , private garden with furniture and BBQ. The property has central heating and double glazing, washing machine and microwave. Internet connection is available in each bedroom.

The rent is £50 per person per week and includes water rates and TV licence only. Deposit £150p.p. Inclusive rents are negotiable.
