POSITION: Client Developer x 2
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
LOCATED: Market Harborough, Leicestershire
RESPONSIBLE TO: Sales Director

SUMMARY
This position is integral to the business development and growth of WLA. You will be responsible for approaching Oil & Gas businesses across the world with the intent of supplying specialist staff to them.

Your approach will include cold calling, candidate proposals, following up leads and large project identification. You will develop the client relationships for WLA and expand revenue streams within those through staffing.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
- A proven track record in business development.
- Strong ability on the phone.
- Previous sales or telephone interviewing experience.
- Recruitment experience preferable.
- A proven track record in lead generation over the phone.
- Confident & keen to learn.
- Hardworking & resilient.
- I.T. Literate.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- To ensure clients receive an efficient service in line with WLA Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- To discuss in detail current and future staffing requirements with clients.
- Follow up leads generated by the “Candidate Coordinator”.
- To generate your own leads through online & offline methods.
- To track and maintain contact with all historical and existing clients of WLA.
- Present” Candidate Proposals” to clients on a daily basis.
- To maintain standard of client database and organize contacts by what they recruit.
- To continuously update and assess progress with clients.
- Highlighting large proposal opportunities to Ops Manager/MD
