Bar Person/Waiter/Waitress

The opportunity has arisen for a waiter/waitress with at least two years experience of multi rosette/quality brasserie restaurant operations. You should also have significant Bar experience. You will have classical formal training, and a comprehensive knowledge of the finest service standards cuisine and a good understanding of wine. You will be passionate about customer satisfaction, and creating the perfect customer experience.

The property itself is a simply stunning restaurant, and thus a working knowledge at this standard is desirable. You will be responsible for the restaurant service along with your team members, supporting the Restaurant Manager and team at all times. There are opportunities for progression.

The salary on offer is £15000 on a live in basis plus tips. You will work 5 days out of 7, with straights and splits. Accommodation will be at a cost of £2500 per annum but this should be well supported by your tips.
