We are an internet retail business specialising in footwear, accessories and clothing for ladies, men and children. Our head office is based in Hinckley, Leicestershire and we have a satellite site with a stockholding in the USA.

You will be directly responsible for the success and management of our transactional website. The role is hands on and you will be expected to contribute directly to the websites success. You will manage a team of 5 and ensure that resources are fully potentialised and the website is profitable.

For this role;
* Strong ecommerce trading experience
* Third Party relationship management experience
* Excellent understanding of retail websites and their functionality
* Previous Profit & Loss responsibility
* Experience of managing successful e-marketing campaigns
* Experience of web analytics data to drive revenue and conversion
* Fashion retail experience
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Sales forecasting, management of buying calendar. Minimise dormancy
