We are recruiting a Deputy Manager for a permanent vacancy in a small, high quality residential care home in Leicester (LE2).

•The successful applicant will take charge in the absence of the manager.
•Experience and empathy working with elderly service users is essential.
•NVQ Level 3 is essential, and you should be prepared to work towards NVQ Level 4.
•You will need to work in line with current legislation and guidelines.
•You must be able to work on your own initiative to lead a team.
•Dementia experience is an advantage but not essential as training is provided.
•Benefits include 34 days holiday per year.
