One of our public sector clients in Leicestershire are looking to recruit a mechanical engineer into their estates team.



They will be responsible for the legionella programme. For example pre and post inspection on buildings, report writing and management of the legionella inspectors. Must have experience of running or working on public sector water schemes. No design required.



Second part of the role is to manage the lift maintenance programme. This will involve writing lift maintenance specification, manage the lift maintenance contract procurement process.  Inspect the lift plant areas ensuring that all lift insurance inspectors recommended works are completed and up to date.
