Landlord requires property maintenace person to assist with repairs and maintenance of residential properties.
You would be required to carry out:
painting, plastering, plumbing repairs, smal electrial repairs, fit kitchens and bathrooms, tile, lay carpets, replace broken window glass, repair or replace doors and door frames, attend to emergency repairs when they arise.
Essential for this job: own transport, own tools, Email, camera, phone.
Honest, Trustworthy, Polite manner when dealing with tenants.
Pay: £9.52 per hour + expenses
