Child's bed in silver grey with cot side and canopy (£85)
We are selling this as we needed to buy a single bed for my father-in-law when he came to stay.
The bed frame and mattress were both originally from Ikea and are in very good condition..
The back board, with the blue elastic nets on (see photo), runs the length of the bed and is H 70cms, W 167cms & D 2cms. The rest of the bed frame is H 34cms, W 167cms & D 73cms and the mattress is H 8.5cms, W 151cms & D 69cms.
The mattress sits on slats which are all joined together and sit in metal runners on the frame, one of the slats is missing but could easily be replaced. There is good storage space underneath this bed.
There is a detachable cot side, which matches the bed frame, that easily slides onto the bed side. We have found this to be brilliant when the child first goes from the cot in to a bed and a real safety idea.
We also have a "tent like" canopy, in turquoise, which attaches to the frame and goes over the bed turning it into an instant den. Both our children really loved this feature of the bed.
