Eclypse Recruitment is in search of a strong and experienced Residential Home Manager for a Medium Residential home in Oadby, Leicestershire.

This progressive 40+ bedded Residential Home in Leicester, East Midlands provides residential and respite care to the elderly frailty and those with Dementia. This home would be an excellent challenge for someone who likes to improve services and develop teams. We are looking for a confident and professional individual who isn’t afraid to make difficult decisions and bring a positive dynamic to the home.

Ideally you will already have achieved your RMA / NVQ4 and you will have strong home management experience within a residential home. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a professional and proactive manner. A strong character with excellent leadership and management skills will be favourable.
