Fine Dining Assistant Restaurant Manager

My client is looking for a 2 rosette quality assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team. Located in the East Midlands this position will be to assist the manager with reservations and be able to focus on customer service and exceeding the customer expectations. This role will require someone with previous experience of running a restaurant, managing a team and motivating them to make sure that the service is consistently of a high standard. You will be responsible for the training of all front of house staff and maintaining standards .

You will have supervisors to support you but you will be expected to work as the business demands which will be most evenings and weekends. This is a great restaurant in a beautiful setting and this is a very exciting role for the right person.

Salary

The starting salary for this role is between 18,000 and 20,000 depending on experience plus tips and a monthly sales bonus.
