Team Leader Leaving Care
Our client is currently looking for a hard working and inspirational team leader to promote and further develop the leaving care division for young people. You will manage a team of social workers and project coordinators.
An experienced, enthusiastic an creative manager with a good track record of managing services for young people, you will have to be fully committed to developing a high quality innovative and responsive service for young people, you should be experienced in strategic management and working across agencies to develop ‘joined up’ services, providing best value to young people.
Applicants will be expected to hold a full social work qualification such as a (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, Masters and/or BA Honours in social work.). Be registered with the general social care council (GSCC). And have knowledge I leaving care legislation and supporting people. Applicants should preferably have previous knowledge in management and 3 years post qualifying experience.

This is initially a 9 Month contract position which is available to start straight away, but there is possibility for extension and even permanence depending on progress of the employee. The pay rate has been set at £28.27 per hour, not including the various expenses.
