This room has come available in the past few weeks due to another occupant of the house dropping out. It is a very spacious and accommodating room. Plenty of room and a double bed being the centre piece of the room also complete with wardrobe and desk.
The house is being shared by two students at the University of Leicester, one studying French, Spanish and Management, therefore opening up the possibility of rental to international students. The other occupant is studying English with History, and both are very accommodating personalities.
The house also has a bathroom, kitchen and large living area to be shared. Open for both sexes.
