This position will suit an enthusiastic individual with workshop control experience who enjoys a busy role. Knowledge of the Kerridge system will be an advantage. The ideal candidate must have worked previously in a workshop control position and have good organizational and man management skills as well as having a “hands on” approach. Responsibilities include: • Delegating workloads to productive staff in a workshop • Supervising Vehicle Technicians • Extensive liaison with Service Department to ensure smooth running of all jobs carried out to the dealerships standard • Liaising with and assisting Technicians • Ensuring WIP’s deadlines are met and carried out in a cost effective manner • Gaining authorisation from customers to carry out additional work • Adhering to company’s Health and Safety regulations to prevent accidents within the workplace This is a great chance to work within a successful motor dealership that reward success and hard work.
