Our client is a franchised car dealership, are currently looking to recruit an experienced service advisor to join their busy service team.

You will be identifying customer needs both face to face and on the telephone, assisting with the throughput of work in the Service Department and contacting customers about additional work required. Having a technical background is essential for this roll.

The ideal candidate will have been a technician who now wants to make the move to becoming a service advisor, you will need a can do attitude, ability to work off of own initiative as well as been a team player with and an exceptional level of professionalism will be required for this key role.
