Due to our continuing success we’re expanding our operations and have vacancies for Kitchen Staff, with an ATTRACTIVE salary at our restaurant in Leicester.

The Role

• Kitchen Staff will report to the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef and will be responsible for maintaining YO! Sushi’s standards of operation in the areas of:
• Food Quality - ensure all food is prepared to brand specification in presentation and recipe
• Cleanliness and Maintenance – ensure that the condition of workstations and the restaurant floor meet our high standards
• Atmosphere - using your outgoing character you will help create a fun and funky atmosphere.

The Person
