Situated on outskirts of Loughborough next door to a Quality Inn Hotel, single floor operation, popular venue with University as within walking distance of main campus Successful Kitchen Manager would need to demonstrate ability to work in a high volume operation,with a detailed knowledge of a chargrill operation is essential, you need to have a high passion for standards whilst driving sales & maximising profit and clearly being responsible for the development of a new team. You will have excellent people & development skills to motivate, inspire & build capability in your team. This role would suit an established Kitchen Manager looking for a new challenge

Our Kitchen Managers are responsible for the training and development of their people, the quality of food and the financial performance of their kitchen. In order to fulfil this role you must have:
Kitchen Manager level experience in a high volume, branded environment.
A passion for delivering great food and the attention to detail that ensures every single guest leaves with a burning desire to return.
The enthusiasm and charisma to lead and develop a team.
Ability to ensure that all profit margins are maintained.
Skills necessary to ensure that all health & hygiene regulations are met at all times
