Training Manager
Training Manager - Midlands - c£30K + Car
Experience in the Care / Nursing industry NOT required.
STR require a Training Manager for a large care provider with a portfolio of over 50 homes throughout the UK and more than 1400 employees.
Responsibilities;
-Managing a team of Regional Trainers
-Managing internal and external training providers
-Managing in-house NVQ programmes
-Managing all funding streams
-Managing the whole training function (multi-site)
The successful candidate will be flexible in relation to travel and ideally live within the Midlands region as the position will include consistent travel predominantly throughout this area.

On offer is a fantastic basic salary of c£30,000 per annum including benefits and company car.
