We have a large 3 bedroomed house on Marriott Road just off the Fairway on Saffron Lane. Good sized garden. 2 living areas (living room and dining room). Large kitchen. Downstairs toilet and good sized bathroom. 2 very large bedrooms and 1 single room. Driveway big enough for 1 large car or 2 small cars. Large shed with electrics. Lovely neighbours either side and nice friendly street. Have recently started decorating throughout so some rooms still need doing but all rooms liveable. Double glazing done 6 months ago and central heating throughout (combi boiler).
We have 4 kids and we are quickly outgrowing this house so need a 4 or preferably 5 bed as soon as!
Areas considered: Saffron Lane, Eyres Monsell, Aylestone, Gilmorton, Wigston, Blaby, and surrounding areas.
