We have a large 3 bedroomed house on Marriott Road, Saffron Lane. It has 2 downstairs rooms which we currently use as a living room and dining room. We have a downstairs toilet and a very large hallway. We have just had a new kitchen installed. Upstairs we have 2 very good sized double rooms and a smaller single room. The family bathroom is a good size. We have a good sized back garden with large shed.

We are looking for a large 3 bedroom house or a 4 bedroom house in Eyres Monsell or Gilmorton as we need to be closer to family.
